Because of COVID 19, many restaurants around the world can't work well and they try to find ways to say open. A sushi(寿司)restaurant in Japan has a special way.
Masanori Sugiura, a third generation((代)owner of the 60 year old sushi restaurant Imazushi in the city of Anjo, started exercising at the gym when he was in his 20s. He never thought that his hobby would help with his sushi restaurant one day. As a bodybuilder, he got third place in a competition earlier.
After COVID 19 broke out, Mr. Sugiura's sushi restaurant didn't get many orders. He thought hard and then decided to use bodybuilders to send sushi to people's homes and workplaces.
The special service has become successful. Even though the sushi restaurant is in central Japan, the bodybuilders even take sushi to places as far away as Tokyo and Osaka. Some people put the photos of the bodybuilders on Twitter, and now the sushi restaurant is becoming more famous.
When the bodybuilders take food to their customers, they try to stay far enough. This helps the sushi restaurant get more orders. Mr. Sugiura says the service also helps some people out of work. His friends from gyms are now working in the sushi restaurant.

Flamenco is very popular in southern Spain. It begins with guitar music and clapping(击掌)and then dancers join the performance. Sometimes a woman dances alone and sometimes she dances with a man. The woman always wears a long, colorful dress. She moves her arms and hands slowly but her feet move in fast difficult steps. The man often wears black. Both dancers click their shoes on the floor when they dance around each other.
Cossack dances are from Russia and Ukraine. They are very energetic—some are more like gymnastics than dancing! Dancers have to be very fit because they jump very high and kick their legs up and down. They often jump over swords(剑), The movements are similar to traditional Cossack activities, for example, sword fighting and getting on and off horses.
Limbo dancing is first from West Africa but today it is an important part of celebrations in the Caribbean. Young people have to dance under a pole. The pole is often on fire and the dancer mustn't touch it! After a successful "limbo", they put the pole lower and do it again. Some dancers can dance under a pole just twenty centimeters off the ground!
Maskdances are important for the Dogon people in Mali. Each village makes different masks. They are often huge and colorful. There are masks of people, monsters or local animals like crocodiles and monkeys. Mask dancers are always men and they dance to the sound of drums for hours after the death of a person in the village.
Today, Dogon villagers also perform the dances for tourists.

Sorry to say, our brains naturally start slowing down at the young age of 30. It used to be thought that this couldn't be helped, but new studies show that people of any age can train their brains to work faster. "Your brain is a learning machine," says University of California scientist Dr. Michael Merzenich. Given the right tools, we can train our brains to act like they did when we were younger. All that's required is the practice designed just for the purpose: a few exercises for the mind.
Merzenich has developed a computer-based training method(方法)to speed up the process in which the brain deals with information(). Since much of the data(资料、数据)we receive comes through speech, the Brain Fitness Program works with language and hearing to better speed and accuracy(准确性). Over the course of training, the program starts asking you to tell sounds(between "dog" and "bog", for example)at an increasingly faster speed. It's a bit like tennis instructor, says Merzenich, hitting bails at you faster and faster to keep you challenged. You may start out slow, but before long you're pretty quick.
The biggest finding in brain research in the last ten years is that the brain at any age is highly plastic. If you ask your brain to learn, it will learn. And it may even speed up while in the process. To keep your brain young and plastic you can do one of a million new activities that challenge and excite you: playing table tennis or bridge, doing crossword puzzles, learning a language… "When it comes to preventing aging, you really do use it or lose it'," says Barbara Sahakian, professor at Cambridge University.
( )42. The writer mentioned many ways to speed up your brain, EXCEPT .
A. doing a million new activities B. sleeping as much as possible
C. playing some intelligent games D. playing table tennis
( )43. What can we learn from the text
A. Using right tools is important for brains’ work.
B. Brain research deals with information from the Internet
C. Dr. Merzenich is a scientist in computer.
D. Many activities can keep our brains young.
( )44. Which of the following agrees with the writer's idea
A. The train methods work better for the old.
B. People should train the brain to stop it from aging.
C. The training of the brain should start at an early age.
D. It is necessary to take part in as many activities as possible.
( )45. Which one is TRUE according to the passage
A. If you are 71 years old, your brain is too old to train.
B. You can eat the food to keep your brain young and plastic.
C. Merzenich has developed a computer-based training method to train brains.
D. You will feel younger when you train your brain.
